Tony Lopes

Practice Manager

Anthony “Tony” Lopes joined the firm in 2018. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Tony spent 15 years with one of the largest Non-Profit credit and housing counseling agencies in the county, spending 10 of those years as a member of the executive leadership team.

Tony has been a frequent speaker at housing and mortgage lending conferences and has been interviewed and featured in USA Today and has written articles for numerous national publications. Tony received his bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University and lives in Agawam, MA with his wife and daughter.

Erika J. LeBaron

Operations and Commissions Manager

Erika has been working in the securities industry since 1988.  She is responsible for the commission/fee processes and has oversight for client operations.  She is also responsible for the firm’s bookkeeping functions.

Paul Rizzio

Registered Associate

Paul joined the firm in 2018. He provides ongoing client servicing, operational support, and implementation of our many software platforms. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Hartford with a BA in University Studies with a focus in Applied Communications.

Donna S. Rizzio

Client Service Specialist

Donna is Ohanesian / Lecours’ client and custodian operations liaison.  She works directly with clients and advisors to process requests, solve problems and manage the flow of paperwork.

She received a BA in communications from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate’s degree from Endicott College.

Leia Caponegro

Client Service Specialist

Leia’s primary role is providing superior service to Ohanesian / Lecours clients.  Her wide range of responsibilities include assisting advisors with client meeting preparation and helping clients navigate complex forms required by our custodians.

Each client’s needs are unique and her experience helps her deliver exemplary customer service. Leia also helps develop our Client Relationship Management workflows, coordinate client seminars and act as a liaison with outside fund companies. Prior to joining Ohanesian / Lecours she worked at Elliott Wealth Management Services, LLC, Prudential Financial and as a public school teacher. Leia is a graduate of Rowan University in New Jersey.

Nikki Peyton

Client Service Specialist

Nikki efficiently bounces between front desk responsibilities and operational support. Her background includes positions in customer service, Administrative Assistant and paralegal/legal assistant work in estate planning and real estate.

Nikki holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Tunxis Community College. She has maintained a Connecticut real estate license since 2003 and is an active real estate agent in Hartford County.

Kristina Guzzardi

Receptionist and Administrative Support

Kristina came to OL in January of 2022.  She is the front desk receptionist and our client’s first point of contact.   She helps keep our office running smoothly and handles all incoming phone calls, mail and also assists our advisors and staff with various projects.

Kristina has a background in the customer service industry including working for many years as a bodily injury claims adjuster handling a very high call and claim volume.
