Tony Lopes

Practice Manager

Anthony “Tony” Lopes joined the firm in 2018. After completing his bachelor’s degree, Tony spent 15 years with one of the largest Non-Profit credit and housing counseling agencies in the county, spending 10 of those years as a member of the executive leadership team.

Tony has been a frequent speaker at housing and mortgage lending conferences and has been interviewed and featured in USA Today and has written articles for numerous national publications. Tony received his bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University and lives in Agawam, MA with his wife and daughter.

Erika J. LeBaron

Operations and Commissions Manager

Erika has been working in the securities industry since 1988.  She is responsible for the commission/fee processes and has oversight for client operations.  She is also responsible for the firm’s bookkeeping functions.

Donna S. Rizzio

Client Service Specialist

Donna is Ohanesian / Lecours’ client and custodian operations liaison.  She works directly with clients and advisors to process requests, solve problems and manage the flow of paperwork.

She received a BA in communications from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate’s degree from Endicott College.

Sherry Kobani

Client Service Specialist Sherry has been with Ohanesian/Lecours since June 2023 and is handling her dual role as Front Desk Receptionist and Client Service Specialist. She comes from a financial background, having worked in a local Credit Union for 22 years.

Her background also included working in a high-volume customer service industry assisting members with any of their questions or concerns. She received her associate degree from Briarwood College with a degree in business.

Nikki Peyton

Client Service Specialist

Nikki provides operational support and works with clients and advisors to process requests and paperwork. Her background includes positions in customer service, administrative assistant and paralegal/legal assistant work in estate planning and real estate.

Nikki holds an associate degree in business administration.  She has maintained a Connecticut real estate license since 2003 and is an active real estate agent in Hartford County.

Kristina Guzzardi

Receptionist and Administrative Support

Kristina came to OL in January of 2022.  She is the front desk receptionist and our client’s first point of contact.   She helps keep our office running smoothly and handles all incoming phone calls, mail and also assists our advisors and staff with various projects.

Kristina has a background in the customer service industry including working for many years as a bodily injury claims adjuster handling a very high call and claim volume.

Nicole Mealey

Client Service Specialist

Nicole came to OL in March 2023.  Her primary role is operational support, helping clients and advisors to process requests and manage the flow of paperwork.
